In fact, 2-3 apricots will give you nearly 50% of your daily value of Vitamin A. Apricots contain no fat and a small amount of carbs (about 8g of carbs for two apricots, 2 of those being from dietary fiber).
The variety of nutrients found in apricots are very beneficial for good eyesight and also help to prevent heart disease and other ailments. Apricots are also rich in powerful antioxidants, such as Lycopene, helping to promote wellness and strengthen the immune system. The healthy fruits are also a good source of fiber, beneficial for healthy digestion.
Dried apricots have an even higher concentration of vitamins and nutrients, but are also slightly higher in carbs. Apricots can be enjoyed in cakes and pies, with ice cream or sorbets and yogurt, as a jam or jelly, used as a sauce or as a fruit topping for salads, cereal, pancakes, and other foods. Recipes using apricots can be found in abundance on the internet.

Eating filling high-quality carbohydrates like apricots can also help boost mood, since the appetite is suppressed for longer periods of time. Fiber-rich foods are also beneficial to the health of your digestive system. Eating apricots can help alleviate symptoms like constipation. In this way, apricots can serve as a gentle, natural laxative.
Rich in antioxidants, apricots also get a nutritional boost from their beta-carotene. Beta carotene is an antioxidant that protects cells from damage from free radicals and can help tissues in the body grow and repair naturally. Beta carotenes also helps protect the skin from damage from the sun’s rays. Apricots also have beta cryptoxanthin, which can reduce inflammation in the body and lessens the risk of developing inflammation-related disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis.

Apple

Note: pH level of Foods
The pH level determines acidity of foods. pH level 7 is neutral. Foods lower than pH 7 are acidic. Foods higher than pH 7 are Basic or Alkaline
Acid prevents the growth of spores of deadly botulism bacteria. Typical pH level for commercially packed preserved fruits are: Fruit Jam 3.5 to 4.5 | Fruit Jelly 3 to 3.5 | Indian Pickles: 3.5
The pH level depends on the food, variety of food, and the growing conditions such as the soil pH level. following table generated pertinent to making Chutney Murabba and Pickles shows approx. PH values. Most (not all) of the detailed data is available at US-FDA-Center for Food Safety & Applied Nutrition
Item Approximate pH
Pure Water 7.0
Apple 3.30 - 4.00

Apple     pH of  3.3 - 4.00
Benefits

It's time to to be free from chemical

Hello World,
It's time to go beyond what we see and hear on what to eat and what not to eat. It's time to understand our own body without asking anyone. It's time to get acquainted with ourselves. It's time to be free from chemical foods and drugs.  It's time to understand our environment, the mother nature, and what it has to offer. Remember we did not come to this world with chemical or pesticide. We are pure and free at born, but as time passes we become more depended to our surrounding and people around us. Technology is overwhelming everyone, even the savvy ones. We must stay focus and keen.
In this blog, I would like to share how we can help ourselves by eating what is good for us not for the corporations, then you decide how much of it to eat.
